I was thinking generally for most factions will start at around 2000-3000 warships, with Earth and Avalon factions being slightly more limited. I am open though to increasing the general starting limit or even deceasing it. More warships might not always equal more interesting combat and I'm wondering what everyone else's thoughts on this matter is.
